Its solution portfolio covers products for air quality sensing, humidity and temperature sensing, ultrasonic flow sensing, time-to-digital converters and pressure sensor development. Its products will be sold within well-known global industry partners, covering Automotive, Telecommunication, Industrial Control and Home Appliance companies all over the world.

To strengthen the team of our client at his site in Eindhoven (NL) we are currently looking for a

Test Development Engineer (m/f/d)

• Development of test programs for testing integrated sensors and IC’s on wafer and package level
• Selecting test platforms and test partners
• Communication with external test partners
• Development of test concepts and test strategy for integrated sensors
• Industrialization of test solutions and transfer to production, including documentation
• Ramp up support, yield optimization, test time reduction, continuous improvement
• Development of test boards with test interface circuit
• Close cooperation with test support, product engineering, production and quality
• Support of production test

• Master of Science in Electronics, Physics or equivalent areas
• +5 years of experience as Test Development Engineer
• Deep understanding in semiconductor test methodology and sensor trimming
• Hands on experience with debug, design for test and test development
• Experience with high-level programming languages like C, Pascal or similar
• Good understanding of Automatic Test Equipment (ATE)
• Affinity with sensor physics and able to develop test concepts for environmental sensors together with device physicists
• Able to define test strategies together with external test partners/houses
• Affinity with product development, sensor development and industrialization
• Fluent English (spoken and written)
• Willingness to travel
